During the consultation and appointment, Moe took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and was incredibly patient (even when I had to take work calls mid-appointment). Not only was he understanding when I had to leave early because I wasn’t feeling well, but he’s also the first stylist in London who managed to colour my curly hair without bleach!
