We recommend booking 3 weeks in advance, if possible, especially for the spa packages. A deposit of 50% for services booked is required to confirm your appointment. Visa, Mastercard or a Fayez Spa gift card number are accepted. Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will compromise your full enjoyment and length of your treatment as the next guest cannot be delayed starting theirs. Full charges will apply for any late and missed appointments.
Preparing For Your Appointment
We provide you with a robe and slippers with Spa Packages and Body Treatments. Robes and slippers are the property of Fayez Spa and are available for purchase in the Spa Boutique. A privacy locker is available for your personal belongings, however, we recommend that you leave jewelry and other valuables at home, as Fayez Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged articles. Please bring your swimsuit for any services that include sauna, whirlpool or steam room. For body wraps and polishes, we suggest you do not shave or wax the day of your treatment to reduce any skin sensitivity. A gentle reminder: Cell phones and small children can be disruptive to the enjoyment of the spa serenity for you and others.
Privacy During Your Treatment
The degree to which you disrobe depends on the treatment provided. Your privacy will be respected and protected at all times as our therapists are trained to drape towels and sheets discreetly over areas of the body not involved in the treatment. However, please feel free to express the level of privacy that you are comfortable with to your therapist.
Checking in/Checking out
Please check in at the reception desk upon arrival. All guests must check out with the front desk upon completion of their service(s) to ensure their account accuracy, even if using a gift card.
A Minimum of 72 hours cancellation notice is appreciated. However, if less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to compensate for some loss of time reserved for your appointment. This applies to all spa packages and services booked. For groups reserving 20 (or more) hours of service, we require 7 days notification to cancel or re-schedule, or the 50% cancellation fee will apply. Due to the scheduling of our staff and clients, we must strictly adhere to this policy under any circumstance.
Your satisfaction is our satisfaction
Please communicate with your service providers prior to and during treatments. Expressing your needs helps to customize your service(s) to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits – even such issues as room temperature, treatment pressure applied etc. Please tell us about your experience prior to leaving the spa as this will help us to serve you better in the future.
Gratuities are optional. Please feel free to reward your service provider in appreciation for outstanding service, if you wish.
Fayez Spa does not require a doctor’s referral for massage by a Registered Massage Therapist. Clients who require receipts to claim on health insurance plans must request them at the time of booking.
