Not only is he a genuinely kind person, but he also made me feel completely comfortable and safe in his chair. His knowledge of hair is incredible — I fully trusted his suggestions, and he listened carefully to what I wanted. The spa itself is very clean, and they offered me a drink — I had a cappuccino, which was a nice touch. Ali truly has a gift, and I’ll be sending everyone I know to him!
