Try this mindful routine to relax your facial muscles:

Find a quiet moment — sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths.
Place your fingers on your temples, gently massage in slow circular motions.
Move down to your jawline — use your knuckles to trace along from chin to ear.
Close your eyes and take 3 long breaths, feeling the tension melt away.
Repeat daily for visible softness and a more relaxed glow.
