LEAD AESTHETICIAN Fayez Spa London, is looking for a full-time Lead Aesthetician to lead our aesthetics team, and to perform aesthetic duties. If you are an aesthetically minded, self-motivated, "people person" this job could be perfect for you! This all encompassing position demands a consummate professional whose leadership skills are developed, and who has a strong desire to flourish both professionally and financially. You must be a strong team player as well as a great individual contributor. You will be responsible for leading a tenured team of aestheticians in addition to upholding our exceptional level of customer satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between the aesthetician and upper management to ensure the smooth operation of the spa. Leadership skills, organization, and an above average business acumen will come naturally to the successful candidate.
