We recommend booking 3 weeks in advance if possible, especially for the spa packages. A deposit of 50% for services over $100.00 is required to confirm your appointment. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will take away from the full enjoyment and length of your treatment as the next guest cannot be delayed starting theirs. Full charges will apply for any late and missed appointments.
A Minimum of 72 hours cancellation notice is appreciated. However, if less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to compensate for some loss of time reserved for your appointment. This applies to all spa packages and any service over $100.00. For groups reserving 20 (or more) hours of service, we require 7 days notification to cancel or re-schedule, or the 50% cancellation fee will apply. Due to the scheduling of our staff and clients, we must strictly adhere to this policy under any circumstance.
We will provide you with a robe and slippers with Spa Packages and Body Treatments. Robes and slippers are the property of Fayez Beauty Spa and are available for purchase in the Spa Boutique if you so desire. A privacy locker is available for your personal belongings, however, we recommend you leave your jewelry and other valuable items at home, as Fayez Beauty Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged articles. Please bring your swimsuit for any services that include Sauna/Whirlpool or Steam room. For body wraps and polishes, we suggest you do not shave or wax the day of your treatment to reduce any discomfort.
The degree to which you disrobe depends on the treatment provided. Your privacy will be protected at all times as our therapists are trained to drape towels and sheets discreetly over areas of the body not involved in the treatment. However, please feel free to express the level of privacy that you are comfortable with to your therapist.
Please check in at the reception upon arrival. All guests must check out with the front desk upon completion of their service, even if using a gift certificate, to ensure their account accuracy. A Gentle reminder that cell phones and small children can be disruptive to the enjoyment of the spa serenity for you and others.
Your Satisfaction with our service is very important. Talking with your service provider will help them to customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment. We would appreciate your telling us about your experience prior to leaving the spa. This will better help us serve you in the future.
Fayez Beauty Spa gift certificates make an ideal year around gift for any occasion. A gift certificate can be purchased for packages, individual services, or a dollar amount in any denomination. You can order gift certificates for direct mailing to your home, office or directly to the recipient.
With certain packages, enjoy our lunch selections of delicious salads, spa specialties and beverages, served in our Fayez dining room. However, packages that include snacks will be served during spa services.
Our Spa Boutique at Fayez has a wonderful selection of spa products, including massage oils, hair care products, skin care products, Aromatherapy items, make-up, bath and shower accessories and gift items for that someone special.
Gratuities are optional. However, feel free to reward your therapist in appreciation for outstanding service, if you wish.
